Mr. Kelly is an experienced metallurgist and process engineer who brings more than 14 years of experience in laboratory and plant operations to his current role. He was Superintendent, Process Technical Services at Barrick’s Goldstrike mine. Prior to this, Andrew was Project Metallurgist with Xstrata Process Support in Ontario. He has a Chemical Engineering Degree at the University of New Brunswick. Blue Coast has extensive experience in optimizing gold recovery methodologies from difficult ore bodes, including Stibnite, Pueblo Viejo, Altan Nar, and others.
